Privacy Policy

How we handle personal data when you contact us or use this website, and the rights you have over it.

Last updated: 5 October 2026

Who we are

AURION+ Limited is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. Registered in England and Wales, No. 15041636.

AURION+ Limited is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) under registration number ZC265223.

Our registered office is 167–169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF. For anything to do with your personal data, write to us at info@aurionplus.com.

What we collect

The contact form on this website asks for your name, your company, your email address, your phone number and your message. You choose what to put in the message, so please do not include anything sensitive that we do not need in order to help you.

If you email us directly, we hold your email address and whatever you write to us.

We do not run analytics on this website and we do not build profiles of visitors. What the site stores in your browser is set out in our Cookie Policy.

Why we use it, and our lawful basis

We use your details to answer your enquiry, to have the conversation that follows, and to manage any working relationship that comes out of it.

Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you have approached us about our work, and it is in both our interests that we can reply and keep a record of what was discussed. Where you have asked us to take steps towards an agreement, we may also rely on the performance of a contract.

We do not sell your data, and we do not send marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who else handles it

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contract and on our instructions:

  • Tally (tally.so) provides and hosts the contact form. Submissions are stored in our Tally account.
  • Netlify hosts this website and processes the technical request data needed to serve pages to you.

Some of these providers operate outside the United Kingdom. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we rely on the safeguards permitted under UK data protection law.

We may also share information where the law requires it, or with professional advisers where we need to take advice.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data for no longer than is necessary to respond to your enquiry and to manage any business relationship that results from it. When it is no longer needed for that purpose, we delete it, unless we have to keep it to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you
  • ask us to correct anything that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your personal data
  • object to our using it, including where we rely on legitimate interests
  • ask us to restrict how we use it

To exercise any of these, email info@aurionplus.com. We will respond within one month. There is no charge, and we may ask you to confirm who you are before we act on a request.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your personal data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority, at ico.org.uk. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
